– Work with your group to discuss how your academic experience so far has refined your academic skills.
Think about different categories of academic activities and the purpose of carrying them out (30 minutes).
– what sort of academic activities can contribute to the advancement of academic and transferable skills (30 minutes).
– Discuss and write down in your groups, which of these skills are most crucial in order to advance in academia (40 minutes).

How can these skills be applied?
Academic skills are specifically useful in an academic context, such as carrying out literature reviews, writing research papers or presenting data in peer-reviewed panels.
